Not able to join Racing Score races

I am a regular Zwift user and have a Zwift Racing Score. However, when I try and sign up to any race on Zwift Companion, I get the message:

“You’ll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we’ll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.”

Any suggestions on how to fix this gratefully received!

3x10min+ rides/workouts on Zwift, of any pace.

Thanks for taking the time Steve.

Hello @Tim_Penning_3855 welcome to Zwift forums.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. ZwiftInsider has a good primer on Zwift Racing Score, and Steve is correct - you don’t have enough rides that were long enough in the past 90 days to calculate a 10-minute power best.

I suspect you won’t be the only one to run into this as we enter the indoor riding season for many Zwifters in the Northern Hemisphere. Just keep putting in some good efforts, and your Racing Score will be updated in the Companion app, or in the Profile section of the zwift web page.

Can someone confirm that we need 3 different rides, each longer than 10 mins? Can they be back to back?
Yesterday I came back to Zwift and did a 2 hour ride with some efforts. ZRS is calculated and visible in the profile.
Tried many things, restarting, log off login and all that. Talked to live chat. Nope.
Missed the tiny races and pissed off. I don’t even need the bloody categories.
How hard it is to communicate that? Just put in “3 rides” instead of “some rides”.
Zwift is mostly mouthpiece and you cannot even do that properly.

Totally agree. I’ve done loads of rides but still get the message. Very annoying

Hi, I’m still getting nowhere with this, is it based on power metrics as in, do I need a HR monitor? Thanks
