hi. since last update i have problems joing races. when i join there are no countdown and i cannot see other participants. when the race start i ride alone. i have tryed to install zwift again without eny luck. the race wont show on companion app either. im using PC

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I peeked at your profile and it appears that your Zwift Racing Score hasn’t been set yet. That would prevent you from joining a race where ZRS is enforced. You can read more about Racing Score and how to set one on this FAQ.
If that’s what’s going on, I recommend “racing” 3 stages of the Tour of Watopia before it’s gone. Grab a tiger by the tail and hold on as long as you can. 10+ min per ride.
Possibly Simon should have let us know that between 6th Oct and 11th Nov he has raced 9 Zwift Crit Racing Club races under ZRS.
I’m guessing that he has gone to race again tonight and something is not as it has been.
Possibly more than not just meeting the ZRS race entry criteria?
Edit: apologies, almost certainly linked to setting or unsetting of ZRS score but can he undo the issue.
