Can’t race?

I paused my membership then came back on and I can’t race scored races it says I have to do some rides first? Is this a tactic to keep us from pausing non winter months? I feel lime disputing charge and not dealing with zwift already and its day one of winter zwifti g

You need to just do 3 activities over 10 mins long I believe.

Hi @Mike_Jones7 welcome back to indoor season.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. We’ve implemented Zwift Racing Score to sort racers instead of the w/kg metric we’ve used previously. Your racing score is based on the power curve from at least three rides of more than 10 minutes in the past 90 days. You’ll be able to race once a score has been established for you, and categorization will improve the more races you participate in.

More information is on the Racing Score FAQ.

Did you consider letting people race A until they had an accurate score?

they tried that with CE and people went nuts

Last I checked you had a racing score displayed after one activity.
If you can’t race until you’ve done three should the racing score just show dashes until then?
I think that would help to avoid confusion.

So starting from scratch. Kinda nonsense. Prolly something to keep the whiners included or something. Not impressed. Running outside is looking good right now.

3 rides of more than 10 minutes isn’t that hard nor unreasonable.

Even recovering from a very serious injury I could manage that, so it shouldn’t be an issue for someone with your full abilities wanting to race (or threatening to run outside).

Do your 3 rides of more than ten minutes and go racing, rather than whining.

Obviously not because you can’t race. Enjoy your run
