Subscription not working

Added a payment option to my account but no matter where I open the app (Ipad, Iphone, WindowsPC) it’s still stuck at being a “free trial” account. Yet on the website it states “Member”.

So far I tried: waiting a few hours, login out and back in, trying to restore purchase on IOS. Nothing changed the status.

Is this just a matter of patience? Which quite honestly would be weird. Or is something else going wrong?
edit: your support doesnt work either. Chat has “no one available”

Make sure you are logged out on ALL devices, and then try to log in on one device and see what happens.

Unfortunately nothing changed.
