Completed level 63 today and it started me back at the beginning of level 63 again instead of going to level 64.
Are you logged into Zwift on multiple devices, by any chance?
iPad running Zwift and iPhone running Companion.
Hmmm, never mind, then! Usually this sort of thing happens when a person uses the Zwift game on multiple devices without logging out. But it sounds like you’re not doing that.
I recommend contacting support
On a positive note, should only be a couple rides to get back to 64 with the new leveling up
