Strava segment for The Grade KOM not syncing from Zwift

I rode Oh Hill No ! today as a freeride and got a time and FTP at the banner at the top; when i uploaded the ride to strava however, I only got a time for the segment named " The Grade - upper portion" and not for the full "The Grade KOM " segment. My ZC shows my new PR time of 15:28 for the KOM so I can’t understand why Strava hasn’t picked it up

I had the same issue. To find ‘the grade’ segment I logged in to Strava on my desktop and I could see the grade as a hidden segment. :man_shrugging:

Thanks for the tip, no idea why its classed as a “hidden” segment given its importance on zwift and also why can’t you see hidden segments on the IOS app … doesn’t make sense ?

it’s strava, take it up with them as its nothing to do with zwift

The mysteries of Strava and they way they treat segment visibility. I’ll never understand it.
