Steerzo stopped working?

Has anyone had steerzo issues in recent zwift updates?

I can connect and calibrate but steering hasn’t been working since maybe October?

I am not sure if this is zwift or a hardware failure.

I cant figure out if there is a way to check if zwift is actually reading turn inputs or if I should be going to elite support (the elite update app isnt very usefull…). (I dont have any other steerzo apps to test in)

Any tips would be appreciated.

Elite Sterzo Smart paired, but not steering in Zwift | Windows 11 [September 2024]

I have 2 Sterzo Elite and they both quit working while using a laptop. They will work when running Zwift on our Android tablets though. I’ve had no issues with my Steerzo, including on Saturday in Herd Winter Racing. I use a PC to run Zwift.

I didn’t use steering yesterday, because there’s no steering in ZRL.

The same OS (Win 11)? I have zero problems with Sterzo, but on Win 10. Seems to be a Win 11 issue.

I tested pairing through the companion app and the steerzo worked. So exactly the same problem as that poster… It just doesnt work paired with my Windows 11 PC…

I found a workaround. Go into Windows settings on your PC and toggle Bluetooth off and then on again. The Sterzo then can be found by Zwift and paired.
