Six log files exist, but no Fit file is there. Ride two days ago uploaded to Garmin and Strava just fine. Stage One has a green check mark for me in Zwift and stats show in Zwift Companion.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I peeked at your server logs and I see you’ve logged in to Zwift from an Apple TV and an iPhone 16. Concurrent logins from two different devices will cause all sorts of problems, yours included.
Pro tips: On mobile OS platforms, always save and exit your session, then force-close Zwift. Here’s how on AppleTV. and iOS Swiping an app into the background is not the same as force-closing it.
If Apple TV is your preferred platform, I’d go so far as recommending you uninstall the Zwift game app on your iPhone to avoid concurrent logins completely.
As an Apple TV user, I’d recommend you install the Zwift Companion app on the iPhone. It lets you pair more things (i.e. a heart rate monitor, steering device, Zwift Play controllers, etc) to your ATV.
