Unable to see my ride or upload

I have just completed a ride and near the end the app force closed now I was able to continue the ride and finish, I can see my ride on the companion app but there is no map and will not upload to Strava. When I go on the the Zwift website again I can see my ride but I can not click on the ride to see any data.

Any suggestions

Shuji at Zwift HQ. I peeked at your server logs and see you logged today using the main Zwift app on a Galaxy Tab A9 tablet and also an iPhone 11. Concurrent logins will have create that symptom because two sessions are open simultaneiously.

Scrolling back, It looks like the tablet is your preferred Zwifting device? If so - we recommend you uninstall the main app from the iPhone to avoid this problem.

We also encourage you to force-close the app after you’re done Zwifiting. That’s different from swiping the app into the background, which leaves the app running. Here’s how to force-close an Android app.

Please give those things a try, and let us know if that solves your symptoms?
