I have a unique issue where i finished a workout and saved it but somehow the zwift didnt sync to strava and garmin the one that i have connected and used for this one too. Also this activity is missing from activity feed as well
Cant see the same in Documents/Zwift/Activities folder either, please help. See the screenshot for reference. Also the route i attempted shows completed ( I attempted that for first time and it shows completed
Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I peeked at your server logs and I’m seeing something that will cause this symptom. It looks like you log into the main Zwift app from a PC and a Samsung G23 phone at the same time. Concurrent logins will cause all sorts of issues, this one included.
If the PC is your preferred device, please uninstall the main app from from your phone so you 100% eliminate any concurrent sessions issues.

I have Zwift app in the phone just as a backup, I use only when the computer crashes so that i could use as an alternative. On that day I didn’t open the app while the PC was running. Also the app has been installed since beginning and since then I have done many rides, only this one failed to save properly. Also on 16 and 17 March 2025 I had done rides which were recorded correctly and synced as well ( with the mobile app installed and not being turned on).
I uninstalled the app from mobile but I still don’t understand how could that happen when i didn’t open the mobile app on that days. I only used Companion App.
Also I do have the logs from that day if that helps to understand the issue further.
In addition to running the Zwift app on one device - it’s important to properly terminate each session by either 1) saving-and-exiting, or 2) trashing-and-exiting your activity. This affirmatively tells the server that you intended to end the ride.
