Hi Guys, Hands up, I am fairly new to Zwift. I cannot get my rides to save in my Zwift feed for some reason, nor in companion. I have the .fit files but I do not want to have to manually upload every ride - 3 - 4 times per week. I have Companion - doesn’t seen to do anything… any help appreciated.
Hi @Ali_Christie, welcome to the forums. FYI, im not from zwift support, just a regular user like yourself.
Looks like you are using either a phone or tablet to run Zwift, please tell us which device you use.
One thing that can cause this is logging into Zwift on multiple devices without properly logging out. If you have Zwift installed on more than one device, uninstall it from the non-primary device.
Thanks - I run it on my iPhone and screen share to a tv.
I suppose I am logged in in a laptop too but have never used it for a ride. I’ll log out of that.

Ali, as previously mentioned by our dear Zwifter, having multiple devices/log-ins can cause missing activities. I checked your account and I was able to see multiple and simultaneous log-ins, we suggest you try to use one device at a time and see how it goes.

Make sure you are exiting the app correctly after each ride, dont just put the app in the background. You must exit using the door icon in the upper right of the home screen.
Thank you - I’m not too sure why that would be. Could it be because I am logged into Companion App - even though I don’t use it? I also use my Garmin Forerunner watch for HR. I’ll log out of Companion first and see if that helps.
no that doesn’t matter, it is just an issue of multiple log ins to the actual game without logging out correctly.
