Wondering if anyone else has encountered this. I completed a route (road to sky), which shows on strava and on the zwift companion. I gained a new level and other achievements, but when I go onto the app to ride again, none of this is showing… like I never did it. Anyone else had this?? and how do I fix it… ???

I’ve seen this happen to people when they are logged into more than one device without a proper log out. Do you perhaps use 2 or more devices to run Zwift (not including the companion app, just the game)?
Hi, thanks for the reply. I am only running the app on a MacBook, with the companion app open on the bike.
Well, that rules that out then! I see your activity in the companion app, I wonder if there was a network error or dropout when you saved the ride. Did you notice if all the other zwifters disappeared during the ride, where you all alone?
To get this credited you will need to contact support and see if they can help, historically they have not been able to credit rides that don’t save properly, but that might have changed? support.zwift.com
I didn’t really notice many other riders around; the app continued to the end and I saved the ride as normal. I’ll contact support. Thanks
