Some route badges missing?

Hi, not sure if my app has a bug or not, but some of the route badges I’ve earned show up on my PC version of Zwift but not on my app version. Any thoughts or solutions on how to fix this?

Can you tell us what “on my app version” means? Do you mean there’s a discrepancy between the main Zwift app and the Zwift Companion app?

You should know that some routes marked “event only” will not unlock a route completion badge. Other things you should know about Route Achievement badges are on this Support FAQ page.

@Renee_Spencer8831 Are you logged into the Zwift game on multiple devices? If so, it’s worth completely quitting out of the app/software on all devices and then logging back in - hopefully everything will sync up!

Android? Possibly related to this?

Thanks for replying. I use an iPhone. I’ve also been exchanging emails with Zwift support and they have been unable to resolve the issue for me either :upside_down_face:

I’m sorry to read that you still having issues visualizing the badges on the Zwift Companion App.

I can see that you open a ticket with our support team, and I must let you know that we’ve reproduced this bug, and we’re working on a fix.
