Hi , I have completed the routes itza climb finish ,itza party and Mayan san Remo. The route badges are there on my companion app but when I logged on the computer and went to my achievements the badges are there but in grey to say I haven’t done them 
Shuji at Zwift HQ here. Can I ask you to screenshot the greyed out badges in the main Zwift app and show us what you’re seeing?
Scrolling a few months back through your server log history, I’m seeing you definitely unlocked these routes.
- Mayan San Remo: June 29 - guessing this was during the June ZRacing series when that route was still event-only (not free-rideable)?
- Itza Party: July 23
- Itza Climb Finish - July 28
So I’m curious why these are showing up as completed n Companion, but not in the main app.
I noticed Zwift app and Companion get the data from different sources, the main app gets from /api/achievement/loadPlayerAchievements and Companion gets from /api/route-results/completion-stats/all. This doesn’t explain why the user has a route result but not an achievement, but I hope it helps finding the cause.
I’m having the same with Libby Hill Afterparty (which I did on October 10th) - its showing as completed in the companion app (with the XP bonus strikes through), but not in the Game badges section. I was unsubscribed at the time (on the 25km free allowance whilst not riding much over summer), and completed it after that allowance had expired earlier in the ride so I’d understand if officially that meant I hadn’t completed the badge, but it would be good if in game and the companion app agreed with each other so I know for sure whether it counted or not!
