I am new and just wanna know how to setup if I want to use Bluetooth headphone for discord application.
I have zwift on Apple TV and companion on my iPhone and a direct drive tacx flux 2.
Do I just have to connect my headphone to use it or I will have bug with zwift?

You should be fine to run Discord on your phone and connect BT headphones to it.
I have the same set up with Apple TV 4k, I always use bluetooth headphones while ridign and haven’t had an issue.
I don’t use the companion app much, only if a few people give me ride-ons and I want to reciprocate. Even then I don’t have any issues still listening to my music.
