My timings did not register for #3 bend near the top of alpe du zwift.
Because of too much sweat on my ipad surface, it momentarily lost focus on zwift app.
The app itself did not close when I reopened, but my timings on the #3 bend shows nothing. Eventually, after getting to the top, I was not credited for the alpe du zwift climb.
Is there a way for this to be fixed and help me get recognized for alpe du zwift climb? It will be my fifth climb.
Please help.
