Since a few days the automatic and manual screenshots produces only black pictures.
I am using a Samsung Galaxy S24+ for Zwift (via Samsung DEX and HDMI-Adapter on TV) and the Companion App on the Phone screen.
Does anyone have the same issue?
Any suggestions how to solve that?
It was reported on this thread. This is also a fairly commonly reported issue on Windows machines. Possibly related to the dual-display configuration (?)
There is also a setting people were needing to make to get DEX to display properly. I have no idea if this might help but wouldn’t hurt to experiment with it.
I’ve never heard of anything good happening as a result of running Zwift and Companion on the same mobile device. You could also try killing Companion and riding without it, take a screenshot using the in-game action bar and see if the results are different.
