Hi Guys, can anybody tell me why my Samsung Galaxy S8 will not pair with my Elite Novo Trainer. All other devices find it but not my phone so I assume it is a setting/protocol that needs changing. It will not find my bluetooth HRM either. Any help/thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
You should not pair the HR monitor to your phone. Go to bluetooth settings and “Forget” the Tickr. now open Zwift and pair it in the Zwift paring screen.
