Just bought a NEW Zwift runpod. When I go to calibrate it (3 point devise calibration) it will kick me out after a while saying “Devise Disconnected”.
Make sure the battery is fully charged and the firmware up to date. It sometime can take a few goes to get through calibration.
Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices nearby that could be conflicting.
Are you running zwift on an iPhone? I had the same problem, kept getting disconnected. It wasn’t until I switched to a tablet did the problem go away. Calibration is still a little off when running with the zwift pod sometimes off by 0.3 a 0.5 mph.
