"Device disconnected!" when trying to calibrate running. No running functions at all!

Help! my little zwift dude won’t run at all. using milestone pod and IOS software for zwift. When I try to calibrate it says “device disconnected!” and won’t do anything. was working fine last week. tried restarting phone and software. milestone pod registering fine on milestone app but zero talk with zwift app as of this morning? new battery on milestone pod. what am I doing wrong all of the sudden? Thanks.

Make sure it’s not connected to any other app or device before connecting it to Zwift, also try pulling the battery and putting back it.
