I have a dude. Today I ride in a Volcano circuit, I completed the route but I did not got the route achievements… Why? Thanks
Did you ride the entire route? 6.9km which includes the lead in.
Yes!! I ride in New York too in the route called The Highline, I complete and I did not got the route achievement…I do not know why…
Alex: It looks like you stopped short of doing a complete lap. The volcano lap is banner-to-banner; you can’t just go the route distance because there is a lead-in that must be completed before the route actually starts (at the banner).

With the lead in it is closer to 7 km

Wow zwift really needs to update the lead in graphics. No longer start downtown for volcano circuit and instead start on the bridge.

Did you cross the New York KOM arch two times? Highline isn’t complete until you complete the KOM climb twice.
