Rides not syncing (4-digit surname question)

Hello,

I recently signed up for Zwift Power and linked my accounts. I added the 4-digits to my surname and was able to log my first ride on Zwift Power. I removed the 4-digits and my second ride never showed up. Do I need to keep those 4-digits in my surname at all times to ensure that my rides sync with ZP?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

Hey,

Once you are fully connected with ZP you don’t need to keep those 4 numbers in your name.

Not all rides show up on Zwiftpower.

No, you don’t. Only races and group rides or workouts appear on Zwift Power. If you just did a free ride if won’t show up.
