Been using my Kickr and Macbook with no problems for a few years.Then, about 2 weeks ago, I logged on, and as usual all of the devices (Kickr, Tickr, & Cadence) all connected, but then when I try to move the rider goes nowhere. I know this has been an issue on other platforms, but can’t seem to find Kickr specific help on this. Have tried to re-install to no avail.
Of note, Zwift support responded to my initial inquiry with an email but has not followed-up with any help.
Have you tried ANT+ yet, I believe it’s a more robust way of connecting to Zwift.
