Rider moving too slow on zswift

Hi all. I’m new here and I just bought a spin bike yesoul S3 but for some reason, my avatar on screen is moving very slow to the point that the walkers is even faster than me. My screen is showing just 55watts even though im pedalling hard. Did I do anything wrong? Do I have to calibrate anything first? I tried searching on the Internet for more information on the yesoul bike but I couldn’t find any. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Check the resistance setting?

Reading on some forums elsewhere - it might be necessary to have some power meter pedals connected to it to get more accurate power.

That is getting expensive though and the bike itself doesn’t seem all that cheap either.

Do you have any normal road bike you could put on a smart trainer? I know we shouldn’t suggest that (because you already spend a lot of money), but it might offer a better experience in Zwift.

Spin bikes are notoriously bad for riding on Zwift.

Yesoul bikes are not supported by Zwift so they don’t make any guarantees about it working. The claim of compatibility comes from Yesoul so you could talk to them about it. Most spin bikes can’t be calibrated. You could also experiment with higher cadence and see if that affects the numbers.
