Rider is not moving

Has anyone encountered rider not moving? This was my issue since the update. Even though my smart trainer is connected, which zwift recognises, my rider isn’t moving. This is the second time it happened. First time it took a while before my rider moved, maybe an hour or two of constant trying of restarting ipad, zwift and smart trainer. Now, I’m trying the same things I did last time but I see no hope. I have renewed my subscription as well so I think it’s not the case. Any help will be appreciated.

I tried restarting again zwift app, trainer and ipad this morning, but still rider isn’t moving whilst pedalling.
