I made a custom route - 30 mins free ride - that I want to ride each day without changes to the route. I want that, cause I want to be able to compare my performance on the exact same route 1:1 from ride to ride. Is that possible?
Only by doing the manual turns yourself, I’m afraid.
You won’t improve much doing the same thing over and over, your body will adapt quickly and you will plateau. Variety is better, mix things up!
