AppleTV. Completed a ride, pressed save on the companion app like I always do, I get the overall stats screen on the AppleTV, but nothing was saved, nothing sync’d to Strava, no record of the ride other than the completed route. Any ideas how to recover my ride?
Hi @Js_Pv Welcome to the Forums! I’m sorry to hear that your activity wasn’t uploaded to Zwift, I tried to look for information in our database but couldn’t find any about the activity you’re referring to.
I do see that the system detected a multiple-session issue, please always make sure to quit Zwift and not leave it running in the background as this might create unexpected results.
Activity FIT. Files are uploaded locally to your device running the game, but because you’re playing on an Apple TV, accessing its memory isn’t an easy task. Sorry about that, but I’m positive it won’t happen again.
