I’m using the zwift bike frame with zwift handlebars on a wahoo KICKR core. But when I turn on the handlebars they keep pushing al the buttons automatically. Especially the make u turn button. But when I don’t use the handlebars there are no problems at all. We are already in contact with zwift but I’m wondering are there more people with the same problems ?
Hey everyone -
Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I scanned through each of your server log histories and some fundamental things stuck out that might be contributing.
@Henk_Geerts and @Muriel_Favre
I see both of you logging in from multiple devices while a previous session is open. I imagine you’re doing that to troubleshoot, but adding a complicating factor is not helping.
Concurrent logins can confuse the server on which device you intend to be “active.” Both of you are logging in form an iPhone and an iPad. If the tablet is your preferred device, we recommend you uninstall the main Zwift app from the iPhone to eliminate the possibility of concurrent logins.
By all means continue to use the Zwift Companion app on the iPhone, though. ZC is intended to run on a smartphone while the main app runs on a separare tablet / PC / Apple TV.
Always end a Zwift session by saving-and-exiting (or trashing-and exiting). This tells the server that you intentionally ended a session, and it will be ready for your next log in. Also force-close the Zwift app on your tablet, rather than swiping it into the background. Force-closing will purge out a bunch of temp files, and help the app run better on your mobile device.

In your case, I see you using an iPad5 and an OPPO Reno6, but you are not ending each session before the next log in. Good job in avoiding concurrent login issues.
It’s difficult to address each person’s individual situation on this forum when similar symptoms may have different root causes. I see that you have already updated the firmware on the Ride controllers and the firmware on your trainer. For those reading along - that’s the first thing to check
To receive one-on-one assistance, please contact our Support colleagues. As we enter Zwift’s busy season - there is a delay in our response, but we will respond once you’re in the queue.
This is a good reason to use a normal bicycle on the trainer. You don’t have to wait for their support to fix it. You can take it to a bike shop or fix it yourself with many sources of different parts.
While you wait for help you can still do ERG mode workouts.
got my Zwift bike 1 week ago, same problem, the first 3 rides no issue, but now it make all different things, most of the time it is a U-Turn and likes, so i guess i will need to contact support.
Just doing a follow-up.
Zwift answered quite fast, actually referring to my post in this forum.
They will replace my handlebar completely and I expect to receive new one today.
Hopefully this solves the problem, going forward as well

Hi,
today I had the same issues, but on the right controller…
I started a workout and suddenly the game skipped workout session. The Ride On button isn’t working at all. When pressing the B button to enter the menu, the game is doing is a Ride On Bomb…
In free rides the game randomly activates the Power Ups without pressing the Y button… A hard reset didn’t help.
