I’ve bought the Zwift ride 2 weeks ago. After the latest update in Zwift the right arrow doesnt work. Both of the controllers of the handlebars are up to date.

Hi @Steven_Smet Welcome to the Forums! We’re glad to have you here and I appreciate your report, let’s check those handlebars and find you a solution.
After reviewing your in-game generated logs I found that you’re very right! The Zwift Ride handlebars aren’t recognizing any Right D-Pad presses so you’re not getting the desired result.
Could you please try and do a hard reset on your handlebars? You can do so by holding down the Z button for 30 seconds. If that doesn’t work please reach out to us so we can find the best solution for you!

It still doesnt work and even got worse, now the handlebar is continious pressing an arrow up…, I’ve tried to go on the website but all I get is a chatbot and not the help i need.
Is there another sollution i could try?

just keep telling the bot “no this didn’t help” after a few NO’s it will let you submit an email.
Hi! What is the best way to error report this, my right and up arrow has stoped to work on my 1 month zwift frame. I have done hard reset without any success. The chat bot is useless. //Anders

If you select the option that the information from the robot is not enough or not usefull you should be directed with client support.
They gave me an excellent service and fast reply.
