Hello, I have some issues with my Zwift Ride Gandlebar Arrows on the left side.
Always when I start riding, my avatar makes a U-Turn, and the down arrow does not work anymore.
Yesterday I was riding and sweeting a lot so Sweet entered and from then the left leaver of my Zwift ride has now problems.
What can I do?
Hello Paul, tried the hard reset but still a problem. The arrows still not work properly
You probably need them replaced, but you’ll have to contact support for that.

Hello Paul trying but found only the bot and it sends me to an ambassador
I think live support by staff starts at 8AM US Pacific time (15:00 UTC)
You can also email support@zwift.com. Their response has been slow lately so you will probably have to wait, but don’t keep emailing or they will penalize you.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. If you’ve reached an Ambassador, you’re in the support queue. No need to also write in via email. That only creates a duplicate ticket and moves you to the back of the queue.

Even when the handlebar got in tilt this morning riding the ToW 2 Stage. I try always hard reset, but nothing.
