In October, I purchased a Zwift set from your store. Today, I wanted to use it, but unfortunately, the right side of the handlebars isn’t working. The Z button keeps blinking blue. The left side is functioning perfectly, and I have the latest software installed. I have also performed a full reset of the device (Zx30s)
Send an email to support@zwift.com and wait for them to get back to you. Don’t be tempted to chase them if you don’t hear back straight away, as that will likely put you further back in the queue.
