I completed yesterday the Fondo Bambino but the kit did not unlock and my drops have not be updated.
I can see my activity on zwift and the companion app. Strange enough the XP look like they have been updated.
Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Are you saying as you rode your drops weren’t visibly increasing?
No, the drops increased during the ride but after completing the ride the dropscount somehow reset to the count before I did the ride.
The most common cause of this is being logged into multiple devices.
Yes, I noted that I was still logged in on my ipdad. But is there a way to retreive the lost progress?
In a word no. You may be able to get the jersey /badge added but as for lost drops you’ll not get them.
