Resuming membership

Resumed membership today after a couple of months off.
Received welcome back email and money taken from my bank account but Zwift still says trial mode!
Has anybody experienced this problem and how did you rectify it?

Did you by any chance pay via iTunes? Then this behaviour is normal because it takes some time until the payment is registered by Zwift. Maybe the „Resume purchase“ option at the start helps.

it was done through Zwift website, resume membership option on the payment page.
Never used iTunes for payment before.

Then I‘m afraid I can‘t help you, sorry. I‘d recommend contacting Zwift directly.
