Mentions in the email I’ve unlocked both running and riding rewards. I have a little bit to go for both (~20mi ride, ~10mi run). My mission indicators in-game have also been confusing this week 
Weird, I completed both the running and biking and have yet to receive an email. I did receive all the prizes, including the Shiv paint job.
