Powertap Pro not pairing

Hi,

I joined Zwift this week and am trying to get set up correctly with no luck. I am using the iOS version on my iPad mini with the ANT+ adapter and 30 pin to lightning adapter.

Zwift recognizes both the ANT + adapter and Bluetooth but I can’t seem to pair my Powertap.

I have a Garmin cadence sensor and it is not finding that either. I can’t use the Garmin speed sensor as the elastic is not long enough to go around the Powertap hub.

Any ideas?

For the most part the 30 pin ANT+ adapter is no longer reliable in later version of iOS. I would suggest either CABLE or the 4iiii HRM to bridge ANT+ to a Bluetooth device.
