Zwift can't detect Powertap

Hey Folks-

Just got my Zwift invite and tried to hop on tonight.  I’m running a Macbook Pro on a Powersync Ant+ trainer which pairs easily to my Garmin and Trainerroad.  Any tips to get it to connect?  Thanks!

Try a USB extension cable and get that ANT+ dongle within inches of the PowerTap!

I’m having the same issue. And I have placed them <5 inches apart

i myself am having the same issue 

i have also used a usb extension cable and it is not recognizing my power tap even though it recognizes my heart rate and my garmin recognizes everything
