Can I connect my Powertap P1’s to Zwift on my pc using bluetooth rather than ant+.
and will this give me power and cadence on the screen?

Zwift can only pair with one power device at a time, but I believe we double the readings from the P1 pedals, so you should still get accurate readings. Instructions for connecting via BLE are on our knowledge base.
