Power Tap 2 + Garmin Heart Rate Monitor

Having an issue connecting my Power Tap 2 as well as my Garmin 920xt heart rate strap.

I have got a ANT+ UBS.

Since you can only connect a single pedal, I am only getting half the watts & half the cadence of my true output. I have read on previous forums that the program should double up the left pedal but its not doing that.

Any advice would be great, thank you.

Hi Justin,

Oftentimes these kinds of issues are resolved by the manufacturer in software/firmware updates for the device. As a first step, I’d recommend checking the Rouvy app and making sure your PowerTap power meter is up to date with the latest available firmware.
