Hello, I’ve got a Zwift Ride with the integrated play controllers and they recently started to make my avatar do random U-Turns and won’t totally function. I fear it’s likely sweat ingress. Any way to solve this without a replacement? What is the process to get new controllers if it won’t resolve? I updated firmware and attempt hard reset, no change.

You’ll have to contact support@zwift.com for any kind of resolution to the Zwift Ride.
Definitely need to contact support, however in the mean time if you need to ride, you can do ERG mode workouts without pairing the controls. Or you can do group rides where U-turns are disabled. If the damage triggers the brakes, you can turn off Braking Sensitivity in Zwift settings. If the damage triggers the haptic feedback that can also be disabled in Zwift settings.
