Hello,
I have a Polar H10 and I can connect this one on Zwift (android 14).
When I saerch for Heart Rate Sensor, Zwift find it, and the HR is well displayed.
But when I use it during a cycling training, no HR is displayed and recorded.
Do I need to set-up anything to solve this problem?

Monitoring your performance and stats with your HRM is essential to be on track. It can be confusing when it seems like it’s not working, even though there are no issues pairing it with Zwift.
I noticed BLE disconnection errors from your Trainer and Polar H10 on December 28, 2024, which may be causing the issue.
I recommend taking a closer look at the article titled “BLE and ANT+ Interference Troubleshooting Tips.”
Have you tried restarting the application and heart rate sensor? Exit the application and remove the heart rate sensor from the strap. Wait 30 seconds, place the sensor back, and start the application.
