My polar 10 has been working great, last two rides, the H10 sync’s, but does not pick up HR. It works fine when I sync to my Polar M430 watch. Any ideas.

I also have an issue with the Polar H10 for a few days. HR is not updating correctly (stays the same for long periods) and then the signal drops regularly. Used it already for a few months without issues. Replaced the battery, doesn’t help. Use with macOS direct BLE connection.
Ya, still happening to me. Called Polar, said that since monitor was syncing to watch, issue is with Zwift. I sent them an email, no response yet.
