After 6h of use…
Am I the only one?
That’s disgusting especially at the price
To be fair, zwift support just contacted me. They will send me a new one. To be honest, shiet happen, very good point for zwift reactivity.
@Yann_KAYSER1 Thanks for the screenshot attached! I’m sorry to see that your Zwift Cog broke, but I’m happy to know that one of our colleagues sent you a new one. You may like to take a look at the articles on how to remove and install the Zwift Cog. I’m here in case you still need assistance. Remember, you can also contact us at any time at support@zwift.com. Please provide photos of the damaged parts and we’ll be more than glad to help you out!
Yep, same thing happened to me today. Just sent the request in to Zwift support, but good to know you have a positive outcome.
If you contact support they’ll probably send you a replacement part.
Hi, just happened the same in mine Contacted support and waiting for a reply. In the meantime, do you know if i can keep on using it? I need to train
Wow, seems my case wasn’t the only one…At least I choose to install a real 12v cassette on the zwift hub, not because of what happend to the cog, but because I always had to adjust my rear derailleur (i use the same bike on HT and for IRL ride) in order to avoid noise.
This seems a regular thing, I might be wrong but I think GP llama made comment on this when he did his initial review video on the cog

Using the zwift support chat, they sent me a replacement ASAP. I was quite impressed.
