Plastic part of Zwift Cog broken [SOLVED]

After 6h of use… :roll_eyes:
Am I the only one?

That’s disgusting especially at the price

To be fair, zwift support just contacted me. They will send me a new one. To be honest, shiet happen, very good point for zwift reactivity.

Yep, same thing happened to me today. Just sent the request in to Zwift support, but good to know you have a positive outcome.


Only 3rd or 4th use of my new Zwift Hub One!
Drive side plastic cog lying on the floor.
Shame!


If you contact support they’ll probably send you a replacement part.
