Some one have problems with zwift cog broken piece of plastic broken near the sprocket where the chain is installed and now create a noisy and vibrate :S
I would raise a support ticket is best thing to do. i doubt you are going to get support for that on the forums.

if you read around the forum you’ll find it’s a common fault, so yeah raise a ticket
