Missing parts on zwift cog and now everything has wear

Hello,

I have contacted support and I believe I’m still missing critical parts. This wear is after 6 miles. Between all the different install videos I have no idea what should be installed and not. Maybe I can get a quicker response here. I am no longer riding this thing until I can actually get a hold of someone. Seems like damage has already been done.

Thank you

Same problem here. I received the Zwift Ride today. Six months ago, I bought a Kickr Core and installed it with the original cog. I am unable to attach cog 2. Once the original cog is removed, there’s no way to secure the second one. It seems like a part is missing. I also can’t find any instructions on how to replace cog 1 with cog 2 on a Kickr Core. The QR code on the box of cog 2 leads to a non-existent page… How can I properly install cog 2?

I found out what is wrong. Use the silver through piece on the right side. Use the green bracket but face the green towards the machine. They don’t make it clear the difference between 142mn and 148mm. I was looking for a different part when all you do is flip it.

 No green or other parts with a color in my box. If I remove my Cog 1, there is nothing to secure the cog 2. It all falls apart.

Oh sorry you have the core. I have the zwift hub. Not sure on that one. Seems like the videos are better for that one.

I contacted the support team and there was no need for me to change from the cog on my Kickr Core zwift one to the new Cog. The Cog 2 seems to be developed to be compatible with other types of trainers.
