Payment/ account issueses

Can someone help me. I guess en hope this is faster then ask the supportdesk of zwift because they are not very helpfull.
I pay for my monthly membership but still when i login in see the option for een trail version. When i click on that the system said i have already a membership. And when i try to workout he said i have only x km to go.
I have this problem no for 3 days. Zwift support i cannot reach only by email.

Do you pay through some other service like paypal or apple pay? Those services are known to cause this type of issue. If possible pay directly through the Zwift website.

Yes i payed with paypal. Im member since 2000 and have this type of problems🙈
