I just had surgery that will keep me off Zwift for 5-6 weeks. Can I pause the clock on my activity? I don’t want to lose all the equity I’ve accumulated, such as it is.
You can pause for 2 months or cancel indefinitely.
The word “cancel” seems harsh because it’s actually just an extended pause.
With both, when you are ready, just reactivate and all your progress and XP and bikes start up right where you left off
During the pause or cancel period, you can log on and ride 25 km for free each month.
The cancel or pause only puts a stop on the NEXT payment.
The current paid month will expire as scheduled.
I pay monthly so not sure if that is exactly the same for yearly scripts
