So I do t use Zwift during the summer… so I paused… because the wording made it sound line if you cancel you lose all data and history… you can only pause for 8 weeks so I set a reminder for days ahead of the final day to pause again. However there is no option to express the pause while a pause period is in effect… there is no “would you like to extend” just “your pause ends on” so the pause ran out and before I could pause again I was immediately billed for a month ($28 in Canada) I don’t use it, I have t used it…if I pause again I do not get credit time for this month… I just pay $28 for nothing. It’s total BS and misleading. Has anyone been able to get a refund for this? I can’t find a co tact firm that doesn’t end with an automated answer bot rather than an actual answer.
you buy membership a month at a time, I normally cancel mine round about the end of march and start it back end of October/November, and you don’t lose anything, however this time round it will just sit there like my other account for eternity as I’ve moved to MyWhoosh
