Don’t know whether its just me but…its that time of year in the UK when the outside calls, I’ve paused my membership but wasn’t given any option on duration, it automatically paused me from today to the 8th May…which is no good, I’ve had to set up up a reminder in my calendar.
Whats happened to the ability to pause for 3 months or similar ?
So you didn’t see the slider as shown here? You are on a monthly payment plan right?
In any case if you want to stop for more than 8 weeks you should cancel instead of pause. There is no penalty for cancelling, you can pick up where you left off at any time.

As @Paul_Southworth shared, the pause feature has an 8-week limit. If you need more than that, you can cancel your membership and rejoin us when you are ready to ride in Watopia once again.
