I use Zwift through the Apple TV box, and is paired through my IPhone, now to be able to get the right screen I have to delete de Zwift application, download it again, log in and then I can see all the censors paired.
If I don’t do that the heart monitor does not work I think it is a matter of some kind of connection but I don’t know how to fix it.
Before, everything was working properly and all the times I opened the Zwift application all the censors were paired and I was able to select the route and do my work out, now I have to delete the Zwift app download it again, log ing and all the censors are able to be paired.
I’m a 44 level which means that I have used this system for more than 2 years and I really need the help from someone who understand what is the problem.
Does anybody can help me or suggest what is the problem and how can I solve it?
Thanks for your help!!
Candido
I’m not sure what you mean about “to be able to get the right screen”.
But if you’re trying to pair via Companion and you can’t get the screen to come up for pairing via your phone, then probably your Apple TV can’t see your Companion device (phone) on your home network. Also obviously make sure that Bluetooth is turned on on your phone.
Check that WiFi Assist is turned off on your phone. You might like to try rebootong your router if the problem persists.
When this happens to me I often find that quitting both apps and restarting them helps, or sometimes even rebooting the phone.
Force close Zwift on Apple TV after every ride too!
