Normally when I have Zwift open on Apple TV I open the companion app and can pair my heart rate monitor through the app. Today not seeing the Bluetooth symbol on the app and cannot pair my heart rate monitor. Any suggestions?

I’m sorry your heart rate monitor isn’t pairing through the Zwift Companion app. It appears that the main Zwift app was trying to find your devices over native Bluetooth and not through the Zwift Companion app. Could you please try the following?
- Open Zwift on your Apple TV.
- Open the Zwift Companion app.
- On your pairing screen, select “Pair through phone”.
- Try to pair all your devices again.
If you’re still unable to pair your heart rate monitor, would you mind sharing a screenshot of your pairing screen so we can have a look?
